Medtronic | Medical Device Planner

Working with the expertise of Harvard Medical Professor Christoph Binkert, we built an application for an online interactive medical device planning system. The Flash application is part of a larger patient management system for doctors that tracks orders created by the Planner. A doctor logs in and enters the measurements for a patient and the Planner suggests the correct medical device. The Planner logs all data and doctor input, and constantly checks the values the doctor enters to see if they are permissible within the system.

The application was delivered with a web-based administrative interface, and Medtronic staff can add, edit or remove rules, warnings, and products in the application at the click of a button.
